Consultation & quote
We visit your property, discuss what you want to achieve and provide a clear written quote with expected timescales.
Planning & preparation
We confirm drawings, any permissions required and agree a start date. Materials are ordered and the site is set up safely.
Structure & weatherproofing
Foundations, walls, roof and windows are completed to get the extension watertight as quickly as possible.
First & second fix
Plastering, flooring, joinery and decoration are carried out. We coordinate with other trades where needed.
Snagging & handover
We walk through the finished work with you, resolve any snags and leave the site clean and ready to use.
