How we work

Site survey
We assess the property, identify any structural concerns and agree the scope of work with you before quoting.
Strip-out & preparation
Existing finishes are removed safely, the workspace is protected and any temporary supports are put in place.
Structural works
Walls, floors, steelwork and openings are completed to the agreed specification and signed off where required.
Services & finishes
Plastering, flooring and decoration bring the renovated spaces together. We work cleanly in occupied homes.
Final inspection
We review all completed work with you and make sure every detail meets the standard we agreed at the start.
